Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 carrot, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
– In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
– Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
– In the same skillet, add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
– Return chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly.

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
